The parade starts on the corner of Decateur and Port in the Marigny and ends up at the former State Palace Theatre on Canal St., corner of Rampart. Be on the lookout for this years PTSD stickers, KDV nickels, and other goodies.
The pre-parade party starts at the den around 5. It’s “Carnival Time” ya’ll!!!
